Core capabilities

One machine does the whole capture.

Dimension, weight, scanning, camera, printing and cloud. No separate scale, scanner and spreadsheet.

01

Dimension measurement

Ultrasonic sensing captures length, breadth and height in a single pass.

WITHIN 1 CM
02

Weight

A precision weighing platform weighs each parcel to within 1 percent, in the same pass.

WITHIN 1%
03

Barcode scanner

Scan, hardware reader or manual entry. Every measurement ties to a unique parcel ID.

04

Camera

Photographs every parcel as it is measured. A visual record of package condition, stored locally and in the cloud for when a dispute needs one.

05

Label printer

Print a compliant shipping label with dimensions, weight and barcode the instant capture finishes.

06

Cloud & data storage

Every reading streams over MQTT to the AnexVM cloud. Stored, searchable and exportable.

Why AnexVM

Manual measuring costs you on every parcel.

See exactly where margin leaks today, and how one machine closes the gap.

▲ The problem
01

Revenue leaks through wrong sizes

Couriers bill on volumetric weight. Eyeballed dimensions lose money on every bulky, light box.

02

Slow, manual dispatch lanes

Tape, note, recheck. Seconds per parcel become lost hours across a shift.

03

Disputes with no proof

No captured record means chargebacks are your word against theirs.

◆ The AnexVM fix
01

Exact dimension and weight, instantly

One pass captures L, B, H and weight, no tape and no math.

02

Under three seconds per box

Place, measure, scan, done. Built for high volume lanes.

03

A defensible record, every time

Dimension, weight, barcode and timestamp, synced and stored in the cloud.

Where it works

Wherever parcels move, margin hides in the measurements.

01

Courier & Express

Bill accurately on dimensional weight and settle disputes with records.

02

E-commerce & Retail

Profile SKUs at intake, right-size cartons, cut wasted volume.

03

Warehousing & 3PL

Give every client verifiable weight and dimension data.

04

Apparel & Footwear

Standardise capture across a wide SKU range and right-size cartons to cut wasted volume.

05

Pharma & FMCG

Traceable, timestamped capture for audit-sensitive flows.

06

Manufacturing

Log finished-goods dimensions for load planning and freight quoting.

The range

Three machines. One that fits your line.

Every model captures dimension, weight, barcode and a proof photo. They differ on maximum parcel size and weight capacity. Scanner, label printer and cloud connect are optional add-ons on all three. Use the finder to land on the right one.

Knowledge

How it works, and why it pays.

The measurement flow, what dimensional weight means, and the divisors couriers use.

The flow

Four steps. Under three seconds.

STEP 01

Place

Drop the parcel on the platform. Stability dots confirm the reading has settled.

STEP 02

Measure

Sensors capture dimensions and weight at once, no fuss for regular boxes.

STEP 03

Scan & print

Barcode links the record, and the label prints automatically if enabled.

STEP 04

Sync

The record lands in the cloud and your ERP the moment it completes.

Dimensional weight

Why a light box can cost like a heavy one.

Couriers charge on whichever is greater: the actual weight, or the volumetric weight worked out from the parcel size. A big, light parcel takes up space a courier could have sold to a heavier one, so they bill for the volume. Get the size wrong and you either under-bill your customer or over-pay your carrier.

AnexVM records the true dimensions and weight for every parcel, so the chargeable weight is right the first time.

FAQ

Common questions.

How accurate is AnexVM?+
Dimensions are captured to within 1 cm, and weight to within 1 percent on the weighing platform.
Can it handle soft or irregular parcels?+
AnexVM is validated today on regular, hard-sided cartons and rigid parcels. We are testing soft poly, bubble mailers and shrink-wrap on the rig and will confirm each surface as it passes. We would rather tell you what it measures today than overpromise.
Does it connect to our ERP or WMS?+
Readings stream over MQTT to the cloud and can be forwarded to your ERP, WMS or courier APIs.
What if a parcel is over the weight or size limit?+
The model finder flags it and we scope a custom heavy-duty configuration for your operation.
